Alloy Steel Round Tube 4130 Cold Drawn Seamless

4130 Chrome Moly tube (also known as Chromoly) is an alloy steel with great versatility. The chromium and molybdenum content is sufficient to provide through hardness penetration in fairly light sections. It is naturally resistant to scaling and oxidation. It also responds to nitriding for excellent wear and abrasion resistance. The finish is clean and smooth both inside and out of the tubing. It is commonly utilized in aerospace, racing and cycling industries due to its superb strength to weight ratio.
