Carbon Steel Flat Bar 1018 Cold Finished

1018 is a low carbon steel product which has higher tensile strength and yield strength than A36. Being cold formed, it is better suited for bending applications than hot rolled steel. 1018 is similar to A36 in chemistry but has better machinability and a smoother finish.
