How do I submit a quote?
FastMetals has direct access to North America’s largest network of metal service centers. Only a small portion of our inventory is listed online. Please click on the following link, complete the form and click submit. A customer service representative will quickly respond to your request during our normal hours of operation.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm EST. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
How can I get a copy of mill test reports?
Hard copies of mill test reports are shipped with every order. We are happy to provide additional copies if needed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide the email address associated with the order as well as your order confirmation number. A customer service representative will email you a PDF copy of the requested paperwork.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
With preferred pricing from UPS and other freight companies, FastMetals automatically finds the cheapest rates and displays the cost in your cart at checkout.
When do I take title of the product?
FastMetals ships all product FOB Shipping Point, so title of product transfers to you when it leaves our plant.
How long will it take to receive my order?
FastMetals prides itself on being fast! Most orders are processed the same day and shipped immediately. All orders are shipped from our facility in Massillon OH, so please take transit time to your location into account.
Can I pay by COD?
At this time FastMetals does not accept payment by COD.

What processing services does FastMetals provide?
