Returns & Cancellation Policy

The Material sold from this website is cut from larger stock to meet your exact order specifications, therefore we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please make sure all order details are correct before finalizing your order.

However, we understand mistakes can and do happen. Please contact a sales representative at 1-833-327-8685 (833-FASTMTL) as soon as you realize a cancellation may be necessary. FastMetals will not accept cancellations without approval by a FastMetals sales representative.

Refusal of Delivery

Refusal of delivery is not accepted without approval from a FastMetals sales representative. The buyer may be held responsible for outgoing and return freight costs in such situations. Restocking fees may also be issued. FastMetals is not responsible for unloading material upon delivery. If required, please make sure you have the proper equipment in place to unload material at the time of delivery.
